Mary Kate competed as a member of the Rosary High School Dance Team in Fullerton, CA from 2009-2011 winning back-to-back UDA National Championships in both the Varsity Pom and Jazz categories.Mary Kate went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi. During her four years at Ole Miss, she was a member of the Rebelettes Dance Team where she performed at football and basketball games and competed in the Div 1A Jazz, Pom, and Hip Hop divisions at the UDA Collegiate National Championships. She choreographed for time-out and half time performances and led jazz/pom technique and hip hop tricks at audition prep clinics. Mary Kate served as captain her senior year and was recognized as Most Valuable Rebelette as well as the Ole Miss representative for the E. Lynn Harris All-SEC Spirit Squad during her tenure. Upon moving to Dallas, Mary Kate spent the 2016-2017 season dancing and skating professionally as a Dallas Stars Ice Girl.
Mary Kate assisted and taught technique, jazz, and hip hop at the McCoy Rigby Conservatory of the Arts in Yorba Linda, CA for all age groups and levels during her breaks from school throughout college. She also served as a judge for the Mississippi High School state championships for the jazz, pom, and hip hop categories. Mary Kate is excited to continue teaching and helping young women find their strength and self-confidence through dance.
